Special Issue on
Recent Advances in Manual Physical Therapy

Call for Papers
There is increasing recognition of the benefits of incorporating the robot-assisted rehabilitation and new approaches of health within physical therapist practice.

This increasing recognition reflects growing understanding of the limitations of purely biomedical approaches in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal conditions, particularly with regard to pain and disability management.

We invite investigators to contribute an original research article or review article that will stimulate the continuing efforts to develop the science of physical therapy through new treatment intervention strategies, or the quantitative evaluation of outcomes, or new technological advances. We are particularly interested in articles describing the new modalities for measuring outcomes and treatments in physiotherapy and advances in robotic assisted rehabilitation. Potential topics include, but not limited to:
• Technological treatment intervention advancement for Physical Therapy
• Clinical studies on the application of new devices in Physical Therapy
• Quantifying  and measuring patient outcomes using technology
• Clinicial studies that describe robotic treatement interventions
• Distance based therapeutic interventions using technology to ascertain and evaluate patient status

Before submission, authors should carefully read over the journal’s Author Guidelines, which are located at http://www Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Manuscript Tracking System at to the following
